Exchanges & Returns

These terms apply to online orders made through www.thegoodnightsociety.com only

If you are not completely happy with your new purchase, please return within 14 days of the purchase date. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include postage costs).

We are also happy to exchange the item for a different size if this suits.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and not smelling strongly of perfume.

They must be in a re-saleable condition - and if they are not, we reserve the right to return to sender without entering into a conversation about this.

Your order will arrive with a returns/exchange card with it.

Please fill this card out IN FULL - including name, order number, what you are returning, and whether or not you are asking for a refund - or an exchange (include what you would like to exchange for)

Many items are returned to us with no information which means we have to put them in a pile and wait until the person follows up to see if we have received it back - as we don’t know who they belong to. These items pass through 3 separate units of the business in the returns process - so all information is needed to be included on the card for us at the beginning to process this quickly and easily.

Returns/exchanges without all details filled out cannot be processed.

If you did not receive a returns/exchange card with your order, then it is likely that you have ordered a sale item, and these are not able to be returned or exchanged.

All return shipping is at the expense of the customer - until the item is received by us at The Goodnight Society, it is your responsibility - so we recommend using a tracked service.

Items that don’t reach us are not our responsibility.

Sale Items

Items that are on sale are deemed final, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

If you return a sale item to us that is not faulty, we will return to sender.
